1. General Refund Policy
All purchases made through StencilPro are generally final and non-refundable. This includes subscription fees, credit purchases, and any other services provided by our platform.
Important: Credits are non-refundable except in rare cases when the Software fails to credit the user the bought amount.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of your subscription.
- Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle
- You will retain access to the service until the end of your current period
- Unused credits will remain in your account until expiration
3. Credit Purchases
Credits purchased through our platform are non-refundable. Credits have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other accounts. Credits expire according to the terms of your subscription plan.
4. Technical Issues and Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:
- System Failure: When our software fails to credit the user the purchased amount
- Duplicate Charges: If you are charged multiple times for the same service
- Service Unavailability: If our service is unavailable for more than 48 hours due to technical issues
- Billing Errors: If there is a clear error in billing calculations
5. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please contact our support team with the following information:
- Your account email address
- Order number or transaction ID
- Detailed description of the issue
- Screenshots or evidence supporting your claim
Refund requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days to the original payment method.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider, your account may be suspended until the matter is resolved. We encourage you to contact our support team first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
