1. Company Information

StencilPro is a product of PARADOX BLLEKHOLL L.L.C, a limited liability company registered in Kosovo with Unique Number 812121010.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using StencilPro (the website and the mobile app), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be at least 16 years old to use StencilPro.

3. Service Description

StencilPro is an AI-powered service that converts tattoo designs into stencil-ready line art. The service includes:

• AI-powered stencil generation from uploaded images
• Canvas and editing tools for preparing and printing stencils
• Credit-based usage system
• Subscription plans with different credit allocations, and one-time credit top-ups
• User account management and profile creation
• A referral program

To help improve stencil quality over time, we may use stencil generation output and related processing data to refine our AI systems; this data is handled in a form that is not linked to your identity.

4. Your Content and License to Use Stencils

Your uploads: you keep all rights to the images you upload. You give us permission to store and process them only as needed to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your stencils: subject to these Terms, you may use the stencils you generate for any personal or commercial purpose, including tattooing clients, printing, and sharing or selling your work. We do not claim ownership of your stencils.

Your responsibility: you confirm that you own or have permission to use any image you upload. You are responsible for making sure your use of a stencil does not infringe anyone else's rights, for example when a design is based on another artist's work.

Our software: StencilPro itself, including its software, design and branding, remains our property. You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer the service, or remove any copyright or other proprietary notices.

5. AI Output Disclaimer

Stencils are generated automatically by AI and may contain errors, missing details or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing every stencil, and for checking its accuracy, size and placement, before applying it to skin. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

6. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account, including through any third-party app or AI assistant you connect to it.

7. Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are billed in advance for each billing period and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Purchases in the mobile app are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. You can manage or cancel an app subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid being charged for the next one.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and are available as described in the plan or top-up you purchase.
• We may change prices; changes will not affect a billing period you have already paid for.
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy. Refunds for app purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload illegal, abusive or sexually explicit content, or images of other people without their permission
• To abuse free credits or the referral program, for example by creating multiple accounts
• To overload, disrupt, scrape or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service

9. Referral Program

You can share your referral code with friends. When a friend signs up using your code and starts a subscription (not a one-time credit top-up), you both get 10 free credits.

• You can refer as many friends as you want. Each friend who starts a subscription with your code earns you 10 free credits.
• Each friend who uses your code also receives 10 free credits when they start a subscription.
• You are only rewarded once per referred friend. If someone cancels and later starts a new subscription, you do not receive credits again for that same person.
• A referral code must be entered when the friend signs up. It cannot be added later.
• Referring yourself, using fake or duplicate accounts, or any other abuse is not allowed. We may withhold or remove referral credits, including when the qualifying purchase is refunded or charged back, and may suspend accounts involved in abuse.
• Referral credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
• We may change or end the referral program at any time. Credits already earned will not be removed, except in cases of abuse.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall PARADOX BLLEKHOLL L.L.C, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, or for any harm resulting from the use of a stencil. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

11. Suspension and Termination

You can stop using StencilPro and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you break these Terms, abuse the service, or if required by law. Deleting your account in the app does not automatically cancel an app store subscription; please cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the "Last updated" date. If you continue to use StencilPro after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Kosovo, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
