StencilPro (the website at stencilpro.app and the StencilPro mobile app) is operated by PARADOX BLLEKHOLL L.L.C, Brigada 123, Suhareke 23000, Kosovo ("we", "us"). 2. Information We Collect

Information you provide:

• Name and email address, and sign-in details if you use Apple or Google sign-in
• Profile information, such as the answers you give during onboarding
• Images you upload or capture with your camera, and the stencils and canvas files you create
• Referral codes you share or enter
• Ratings, feedback and messages you send us
• Communication preferences

Information collected automatically:

• Usage information, such as features used, generations, credit balance and credit history
• Device and app information, such as device type, operating system, app version, language and IP address
• Device and advertising identifiers (on iOS, the advertising identifier is only collected if you allow tracking)
• Error and diagnostic reports
• On our website, cookies and similar technologies (see section 5)

Purchase information: subscriptions and credit purchases are processed by the Apple App Store, Google Play or our payment processor on the web. We receive purchase and subscription status, but not your full card details.

Photos and camera: the app only accesses your camera or photo library when you choose to take or select a photo, or to save a stencil to your device.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services
• Process your stencil generation requests
• Manage your account, subscription, credits and referral rewards
• Prevent fraud and abuse, including abuse of free credits and the referral program
• Measure the performance of our advertising and understand how users find us
• Diagnose errors and improve reliability
• Send you technical notices and support messages
• Respond to your comments and questions
• Improve the quality of our stencil output (see below)

Improving stencil quality: we may keep copies of uploaded images and the generated stencils to improve our output quality. These copies are stored separately from your account and are not linked to your name, email or account.

Legal bases: where data protection laws such as the GDPR apply, we process your information to perform our contract with you (providing the service), based on our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, improving the service), with your consent (for example, tracking for advertising on iOS or non-essential cookies), and to comply with legal obligations. You can withdraw consent at any time.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:

• Service providers who help us run StencilPro, such as hosting, database and file storage, AI image processing, payment and subscription management, email delivery, and analytics providers. They may only use your information to provide services to us.
• Advertising partners, to measure the effectiveness of our ads. This may include app events (such as installs, sign-ups and purchases), device or advertising identifiers and, in hashed form, your email address.
• App stores, to process in-app purchases
• When required by law or to protect our rights, users or the public
• As part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy
• With your consent, for example when you connect a third-party app or AI assistant to your account

5. Tracking, Advertising and Cookies

In the app: on iOS, we ask for your permission before accessing your device's advertising identifier. If you decline, it is not collected, but we may still record basic, non-identifying app events to measure ad performance. You can change this at any time in your device settings (on iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking; on Android: Settings > Google > Ads).

On the website: we use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and ad conversion measurement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Essential features, such as staying signed in, may not work without some cookies.

6. International Transfers

Our service providers may process your information in countries outside your own, including the United States and the European Union. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, for these transfers.

7. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. When you delete your account, we delete your personal information as described below, except where we must keep certain records (for example, transaction records) for legal, tax, fraud-prevention or accounting reasons. Anonymous copies used to improve stencil quality are not linked to your account and may be kept after deletion.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
